Working day Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, outside these hours overtime will apply.

Booking is confirmed on receipt of signed booking form / email booking form. 50% deposit required.
* Tungsten / HMI electricity charged @ 30 pence per unit. Please check power available before booking.
Extra’s added to the studio bill are at cost plus 20%, plus transport as required.
Additional room hire available for either studio £50.00 per day (upstairs) 18 ft x 16 ft.
Cleaning charge £15 per hour if studio not left in clean / tidy condition (if required)
OUR STUDIOS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOFED.

Studio A / C 10% discount off the day rate
only if the full shoot invoice is paid on day

Studio A - 62 ft x 36 ft x 16 ft 4 - to lights. £395.00
If using scoop / cove area of studio, cost to repaint base of scoop / cove back to original clean white for start of shoot £110.00 (20 ft deep) or £150.00 (27 ft 6 deep).
Unless scoop / cove is requested on booking, it will not be freshly painted for your booking.
Permission to paint scoop / cove must be obtained beforehand, quote for painting / repainting back to white available on request, scoop / cove must only be painted with flat colour in matt emulsion.


Studio B - 24 ft x 19 ft x 11 ft 8. £165.00


Studio C - 47 ft x 35 ft x 16 ft 4 - to lights. £395.00
If using scoop / cove area of studio, cost to repaint base of scoop / cove back to original clean white £75.00. Unless scoop / cove is requested on booking, it will not be freshly painted for your booking.

Studio A and C Day rate for 3 consecutive days or more £345.00
(on the 3 consecutive day rate the 10% discount DOES NOT apply)

Overtime Rates Studios A, B and C
8 am to 9 am and 6 pm to 8 pm £60.00 per hour
Before 8 am and after 8 pm £95.00 per hour

Saturday £530.00
Sunday and Bank holidays £600.00

Booking is confirmed on receipt of signed booking form / email booking form. If studio is cancelled after receipt of booking form a cancellation fee will apply. Any booking cancelled less than 48 hours before commencement will be billed at full rate plus expenses incurred. If cancelled more than 48 hours before commencement will be billed at 50% of basic day rate plus expenses incurred.
